High quality metal buildings with low maintenance is Cricket Valley's Forte! No painting is needed for this type of construction. The metal roof and sides are made of 29 gauge premium grade, high quality metal. It features a 30 year paint warranty and a 25 year metal warranty.

Cricket Valley does not build on site so, your building site needs to be accessible by a dually pickup truck and trailer.

Cricket Valley also offers a rent to own program. Rent a building in the size, color and style you choose, delivered to your own backyard, and own that building after renting for only 36 months. All that is required to enroll in our rent-to-own program is a down payment of two months rent and the ability to make 34 monthly payments thereafter. Since it is not a loan, no credit is required. You may simply rent on a month by month basis for three years. You may cancel the rental contract at any time simply by calling us and request that we pick up that building at no further cost to you. You may also purchase the building at any point by simply paying 60% of the remaining balance on your 36 month lease.

There are a handful of options which includes extra windows, ramps and T111 Siding. They deliver these buildings in the Dayton-Cincinnati area at no extra cost!
